I just wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone who sponsored me for the 100 push-ups a day challenge for cancer research, I ended up raising £405. I’ll take a few days off of push-ups but I’ll definitely be keeping them in my training programme from now on. 💪

I’ve made it my mission as a father to ensure my sons grow up enjoying sport, exercise and physical activity.
