I just wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone who sponsored me for the 100 push-ups a day challenge for cancer research, I ended up raising £405. I’ll take a few days off of push-ups but I’ll definitely be keeping them in my training programme from now on. 💪

I’ve made it my mission as a father to ensure my sons grow up enjoying sport, exercise and physical activity. Working on increasing squat depth with @sophiesmiff today. Taking a slow and steady approach to building Sophie’s squat as we rebuild from a prolapsed disc is paying off, we are improving her bodies robustness and making sure she doesn’t ever go through another disc prolapse. #teambeavertraining
